A small, luminous red mark\u2014the red nose\u2014can become the gateway to who we truly are: our vulnerability, our authenticity, and our presence. That nose doesn&#039;t hide or disguise: it exposes.<\/p><p data-start=\"720\" data-end=\"1060\">The red nose invites us to accept our deep and imperfect humanity. To surrender that vulnerability to the world, letting it <strong data-start=\"959\" data-end=\"990\">Let our hearts be our guide.<\/strong>It allows us to recognize our sincere and tender truth.<\/p><p data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1358\">This module invites us to journey toward that erratic, playful, and powerful force that dwells within each of us. Not as a pre-constructed persona, but as a revelation\u2014an existence that emerges from the interplay between body, breath, fall, emotion, error, and... <strong data-start=\"1335\" data-end=\"1357\">heartbeat<\/strong>.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1360\" data-end=\"1363\" \/><h2 data-start=\"1365\" data-end=\"1404\"><strong data-start=\"1368\" data-end=\"1404\">Methodology and work approach<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"1406\" data-end=\"1718\">This module proposes an exploration laboratory where the red nose functions as <strong data-start=\"1490\" data-end=\"1561\">gateway to imagination, vulnerability, and presence<\/strong>Guided by the heart. We don&#039;t seek to teach clowning or stage techniques, but to activate principles and experiences through discovery exercises:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1720\" data-end=\"2522\"><li data-start=\"1720\" data-end=\"1805\"><p data-start=\"1722\" data-end=\"1805\"><strong data-start=\"1722\" data-end=\"1742\">Somatic work<\/strong> to develop our more sensitive and receptive presence.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1806\" data-end=\"1957\"><p data-start=\"1808\" data-end=\"1957\"><strong data-start=\"1808\" data-end=\"1835\">Imaginal activations<\/strong>: exercises that awaken internal images that emerge through play, curiosity, and personal improvisation.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1958\" data-end=\"2138\"><p data-start=\"1960\" data-end=\"2138\"><strong data-start=\"1960\" data-end=\"2009\">Intuitive expression through the visual arts<\/strong>: intuitive drawing and use of creative materials to record perceptions, emotions, and intuitions that arise in the process.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2139\" data-end=\"2330\"><p data-start=\"2141\" data-end=\"2330\"><strong data-start=\"2141\" data-end=\"2170\">Sensitivity and perception<\/strong>: games and activities to refine our listening, attention and relationship with space, with others and with ourselves, connecting with the guidance of the heart.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2331\" data-end=\"2522\"><p data-start=\"2333\" data-end=\"2522\"><strong data-start=\"2333\" data-end=\"2371\">Emotional and relational exploration<\/strong>: activate our inner clown as a mirror of our <strong data-start=\"2426\" data-end=\"2459\">vulnerability and authenticity<\/strong>without trying to construct a specific character or scene.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2524\" data-end=\"2748\">The goal is to create a safe space for <strong data-start=\"2568\" data-end=\"2625\">experience, be surprised and discover<\/strong>, a laboratory where creativity, vulnerability and personal poetics emerge, always accompanied by the heart.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2750\" data-end=\"2753\" \/><h2 data-start=\"2755\" data-end=\"2785\"><strong data-start=\"2758\" data-end=\"2785\">Who is it aimed at?<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"2787\" data-end=\"3003\">To those who have already completed the <strong data-start=\"2829\" data-end=\"2855\">two previous modules<\/strong> (Tricksters and Jesters) and who want to delve deeper into exploring their vulnerability, authenticity, and creativity through this tiny mask.<\/p><p data-start=\"3005\" data-end=\"3132\">No prior acting experience is required, just curiosity.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3134\" data-end=\"3137\" \/><h2 data-start=\"3139\" data-end=\"3167\"><strong data-start=\"3142\" data-end=\"3167\">Note on the approach<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"3169\" data-end=\"3508\">The red nose is not an ornament or a costume. According to the pedagogy of <b>Jacques Lecoq<\/b>It functions as the \u201cminimal mask\u201d that allows what already exists within each participant to be revealed. He trained in the <strong>London International School of Performing Arts<\/strong> (London), has delved into disciplines such as physical and gestural theatre, theatrical play, the ritual and pedagogical mask, and the intersections between theatre, dance and somatic techniques.<\/p><p align=\"JUSTIFY\">His career as a teacher includes the <strong>Master&#039;s Degree in Dance and Movement Arts from UCAM<\/strong> (Murcia), the <strong>Diploma in Mask Making from the University of San Mart\u00edn <\/strong>(Buenos Aires), <strong>the IFTS of the Thrissur School of Drama<\/strong> (Kerala, India), <strong>Cabuia \u2013 school of theatre and movement<\/strong> (Buenos Aires) and the translation faculty of the <strong>Moscow State Linguistic University<\/strong> (Russia).<\/p><p align=\"JUSTIFY\">She is currently part of the teaching team at <strong>arthaus.berlin\/Thomas Prattki Center<\/strong> and his work is oriented towards the integration of body, imagination and creativity from an initiatory perspective.<\/p><p align=\"JUSTIFY\">He has been in charge for some years now. <strong>La Cuadra<\/strong>An art center in a rural area near the Mar Menor, offering a program focused on education, community, and transformation.
