Body Lab
Body in motion

workshop description

Body Lab: a space to move, feel and express ourselves

He Body Lab It's a living laboratory where movement becomes a conscious, creative, and liberating experience. It's a place to connect deeply with our bodies, fully inhabit them, and explore their infinite possibilities with curiosity, without judgment, and through play.

What do we do at the Body Lab?

At the Body Lab, we combine tools and techniques from various artistic and somatic disciplines to offer you a holistic movement experience. We draw inspiration from:

  • Physical and gestural theatre

  • Contemporary dance

  • Somatic methodologies of self-knowledge such as Alexander Method, Feldenkrais and more.

  • Active imagination techniques through movement

This multidisciplinary approach will allow you to discover new ways of feeling, moving, and expressing yourself.

Who is it aimed at?

The Body Lab is designed to:

  • Curious people who want to explore what it means to move from a different perspective.

  • Those who work or are interested in the performing arts and want to expand their body language.

  • People who seek a more active and healthy life, but are not attracted to the traditional gym or conventional sports.

  • Anyone who wants to rediscover the pleasure of authentic and expressive movement.

Why come to Body Lab?

Our body is a constant language. It's always expressing and communicating who we are, our history, and how we connect with the world. At the Body Lab, we open our perceptions so you can:

  • Feel your body in space and in dialogue with other bodies.

  • Awaken your playful instinct and bodily creativity.

  • Connect with the internal impulses that drive a more alive, spontaneous, and flexible presence.

  • Free yourself from rigidities and blockages to move your body with greater freedom and awareness.

Come explore your movement with us

The Body Lab is more than a class: it's an invitation to inhabit your body in a new way, to express yourself without fear, and to build community through shared movement.

Are you ready to awaken your body's unique language? We're waiting for you to move together, play, and discover everything your body has to say.
