Open House

The open house is an invitation to learn more about the body and stage work we develop at La Cuadra. It's a gathering designed to share the essence of our work in a friendly and accessible environment.

The activity will begin with a relaxed space for a coffee or tea and a chance to get to know each other. The space and the program of activities that will be taking place over the coming months will then be presented. Finally, a brief practical movement session will allow participants to consciously connect with their bodies and gain a first taste of the approach that guides our workshops.

The workshop is aimed at anyone interested in exploring the body as a tool for expression, communication, and presence, with no prior experience required.
