Neutral mask

The use of masks has been part of collective rituals since time immemorial. We find them in very diverse and distant ancestral traditions. They take us back to the origins of performance and therefore to the deepest roots of theater.

As a pedagogical tool for the stage, the neutral mask opens the door to the game of the imagination and to discover the maximum expressive breadth of our body.

This work allows actors and actresses to develop awareness of their body in movement and in dialogue with their own poetic world, which translates into a state of greater stage presence. It also offers them a better understanding of the relationship established between the actors on stage and the audience.

The neutral mask is an invitation to remember and summon in our body the great movement or mystery that animates the world.
