Communicate with your body

Do you want to enhance and articulate your body's expressive capabilities? In this course, we explore how the body, in relation to other bodies and space, has its own language: every gesture, every rhythm, and every mask becomes a tool for expressing yourself and playing on stage.

What we do

• Body expression and conscious movementYou discover your body as a creative instrument and a tool for self-knowledge.

• Techniques of physical theatreMime and gesture exercises to communicate with clarity and sensitivity. Study of body movement, stage space, and dramatic time.

• Stage play: tools to work on spontaneity, improve presence and develop the pleasure of being on stage.

• Use of masks: exploration based on the theatrical pedagogy of Jacques Lecoq to liberate the actor's interpretation and amplify his expressive range.

What you take with you

• Elderly expressiveness, creativity and articulation skills in your body language.

• Tools for understanding performance space from a perspective of the movement.

• Practice of writing and dramaturgy of the scene.

• Development of stage presence and enjoyment of theatrical play.

• An experience of exploration, encounter and fun with other participants.

Who is it for?

For anyone who wants to explore new ways of expressing themselves, enhance their creativity, and enjoy theater through the body, gesture, and play. No prior experience is necessary, just curiosity and a desire to play. If you're interested in stage direction or creative theater, this workshop is for you.
